Allan and his team did an outstanding job of painting my house. It hadn't been painted in over 20 years and it needed a lot of prep work. Two other painters agreed to submit bids but I never heard from them. Allan's team literally took my house from looking like a fixer upper to the nicest looking house on my street. Alan and Viking Painting do tremendous work for the cost. As a Realtor I have worked with several painters in San Francisco and none take the time and care when preparing their homes like Viking. Top quality painting is all about careful prep and Alan and his team do the best work. Like most all home projects, several more issues were discovered along the way. Alan was always 100% ready to take care of any new challenge and solve it with the same care as the remainder of the home. Viking is responsive and professional with their communication. Allan from Viking Painting did a fantastic job of this segment of our house that had a tree recently taken down by our neighbor only to reveal an ugly, faded exterior, which was in the neighbor's color scheme, not ours. I called Allan and he expeditiously set-up a walk-by estimate, and we then scheduled a project time. He tackled this project in less than 5 hours! The images here will show your the before / primed wall / finished results. I'm very pleased and would recommend to anyone. His pricing is reasonable and the outcome fantastic!

Allen and his crew of Viking Painting and Remodeling did a great job painting the exterior of our 70+ year old house. We are very happy with the results. Our house had not been painted for some time and was in bad shape. It looks great now. Alan's estimate was the most reasonable that I obtained and the cost was spot on. I did have him do some additional work from the original estimate. Painting our small service porch deck and front landings. He only charged us for the cost of the paint. His paint supplier overcharged him for the paint. Within two days of job completion and final payment, he contacted me and gave me a refund for the overcharged amount. I cannot praise Allan highly enough for his honesty and integrity!

Allan and company did a great painting job on our units. Building was power-washed, removed all loose paints etc, caulked needed areas, applied primer then the final paint. We're pretty satisfied with the job. We highly recommend this company.
